This new program includes the service of a child minder to attend to your baby while you are increasing your fitness and regaining your core strength. So you get maximum benefit from your fitness session with no down–time from your training to settle your baby, but with your little one just at arm’s reach.
This 4 week program runs on 4 consecutive Thursdays: Thu 4 Feb, Thu 11 Feb, Thu 18 Feb, Thu 25 Feb. Training will be held from 9.00 am–10.00 am.

Where: Meet at York Road Gates, Centennial Park. Finishes at Shelter Pavilion.
Description: Join this early morning guided tour with Parklands magazine's Twitcher's Corner columnist Trevor Waller. Spot some of the Parklands’ migratory and resident land and water birds. Includes breakfast. Bring binoculars.

Introducing a new program for Mums who love the Park! Join Personal Trainer Sue Nixon, from Vitalself, and work towards reclaiming your pre-baby body!

December Prowls start at 8.15 pm for 1 hour.

Yowies, bunyips and creatures that go bump in the night! Gather round and listen to spine-tingling tales and wacky songs of creatures that inhabit the Australian bush with local larrikin and folklore raconteur, Warren Fahey AM.
Bring along a picnic and enjoy a twilight concert in Centennial Park.
Then take an after-dark prowl with a Ranger to spot possums, flying foxes and other mysterious night creatures. Bring a torch.
This event is held in conjunction with the free exhibition Mythical Creatures: Dragons, Unicorns & Mermaids at the Australian National Maritime Museum (19 Dec 2009 to 23 May 2010). Visit www.anmm.gov.au/mythiccreatures for information on this exhibition.
